Homes by JMS is a locally owned and operated homebuilder serving Regina, White City, Pilot Butte, Katepwa and other surrounding areas. They are dedicated to building outstanding homes from start to finish. Their goal is to get people into their dream home at an affordable price with exceptional workmanship.

At Homes by JMS you are not just a client, you are part of the JMS Team.  It is your house we are building after all!  We want to create a relationship with you that is built on trust and honesty and we are more than happy to have you involved in every step of the construction process if you would like to be! If that seems daunting, don’t fret we have a line up of experts who will guide you every step of the way throughout this exciting process.

When choosing a JMS home you can choose of our many floorplans or we can create a custom design for you. All floorplans can be modified to suit your needs.

Every home is registered with the New Home Warranty Program of Saskatchewan (NHWP). This includes deposit protection, 1 year workmanship and materials protection, 2 year water leak protection and 10 year major structural defects protection.

How are we different?

• We build a limited amount of houses per year. This keeps overhead costs down and results in a better price for you!
• We cut out the middlemen. While we do have an excellent sales team who is able to assist you throughout the build, we also invite you to talk with the general contractor at anytime. He is at your house daily and knows the most about it.
• You can see your house whenever you want throughout the construction phase, it’s your house! We don’t hide anything … if you would like to see how the windows are installed or how drywall is mounted then come on by! We just ask that you let us know when you are going so that we can keep you and our tradespeople safe.
• Most of all, we are completely transparent, fair and honest. We will treat you with the utmost respect. Building a home is a big investment. It is a privilege and honor that you have chosen us to help you do it.
